Hillary vs. McCain…Same Difference?

“If I believe the country will suffer with either Hillary, Obama or McCain, I would just as soon the Democrats take the hit…rather than a Republican causing the debacle…”

-Rush Limbaugh, radio personality

“If [McCain’s] our candidate, than Hillary is going to be our girl, because she’s more conservative than he is.”

-Ann Coulter, political Foxnews program host

It is true that McCain is not your average conservative candidate. He is one of the most liberal Republicans we have seen in a while. He is pro-amnesty and he is also in favor of shutting down the military base at Guantanamo Bay.

But to say that Hillary would be just as good if not better of a President is bologna. What has gotten into these people? I do not support McCain nor do I agree with his policies. I am sad that it seems to be coming down to McCain as our Republican national candidate, but that does not mean I would just as rather vote for Hillary.

Don’t forget that the next President gets to elect 3 life-term Supreme Court justices to the bench. If for no other reason, we should get a Republican candidate in there who will have some discretion and conservative leanings in this area.

The Supreme Court plays a large role in this country. Example: Roe v Wade. How many innocent children have been murdered because the Supreme Court ruled it was a “woman’s choice over her own body” if she wanted to keep or kill her unborn baby?

Maybe we won’t have the most conservative Republican candidate, but we still need to be strong in our voting and support against the liberals who would hand all power over to 3 new left-wing Supreme Court justices for who knows how many years.

The Senate and the House of Representatives are already leaning to the left; don’t let the Supreme Court lean that way too. For a house that leans too far is destined to fall.

  1. Very Well Said! I agree 100%! I have always looked up to Dobson, but he is wrong in this area. He says he will not vote at all if McCain is our republican nominee. I do not like McCain either, but not to vote republican is a vote for Obama or Hillary. I would rather vote for the most conservative then let the most liberal win. All we can do now is pray.

Spot on Lauren, gotta be McCain ahead of Clinton but at the end of the day I don’t believe McCain will ever unite Republicans.

Wondering whether you came across my latest post, Self destruct’ of America and what you think on this…

    Have a great day…

  3. I don’t want extreme left-wing judges. I want judges who look to the law first, and politics second; not the other way around.
